Dear Evil Queen,
Congratulations!!!
I did gain weight.
But this week my eating has been great! I've been able to keep my calories way under and have only had one treat (the relief society brought me over cinnamon rolls because they thought I was going inactive…but really I'm just gone all the time). My working out really needs to improve thought I'm already excited for September. I propose the winner gets a nice holiday decoration/s for the upcoming holiday season! Love, Fatakiss

Last week of August

So I went on vacation, plus a week conference, then camping with the family and..... I didn't GAIN weight! YES. Im now 162 so Im pleased. Just went to the doc and Ive lost weight and they were happy my BMI is now in normal range but I still need to lose since I got this liver thing when I wasnt too fat. I just was able to button my favorite capri's so that was a good thing today. However the last three days Ive been making VERY poor eating choices, ie cookies for breakfast, not the best thing to do. Starting now I will quit those things so I may continue my progress. No more cookies, no more pudding, no more cookies, no more candy. ...... ..... Also I havent worked out consistently for two weeks, due to vacay's and my asthma so that probably hasent helped but Im going out at 6 am with one of my besties so Im getting on the wagon yet again. (Man if that wagon would just stop jiggiling so I could stay on). So on we go. This next week does present a challenge though. My bro is leaving for 2 years so there are lots of family gatherings this week and camping next week. I can do it I can do it I can do it I can do it

1st August week

So Im doing awesome this week. I really think it helps me when Im counting calories, even though its kind of a pain, it makes me think about what Im eating and the nutritional content. Love the livestrong.com site! It makes things sooo much easier. Im still working out minimum 4 times a week and Im in the mid 160s for weight. I think since I started trying to lose Ive lost 18 lbs! Today I put on some pre preggo pants and they fit without much struggle. YaY! My goal is 2 lbs a week. My doc said it'd be hard on my liver if I went more than that and since I don't need further damage to the liver' I can be happy with two. (especially since Im breastfeeding and have a very hard time losing weight while doing so) This week my net cal intake is around 1100 cals. Anyway thought Id share my happy progress.
