New Month

Summer is here and Im still 175 yuk. May was a slacker month for me but Im feeling better this month so far and the goal is to be in the 160s by the end of June. This is also my birthday month and Im playing with the idea of no sugary foods after my b day. Maybe. Or I might need one treat a week as my favorite icee shop opens soon. We will see. Oh and Fatakiss your going down this month. Winner has to buy the Loser a cute shirt (pricing within reason). I like the color pink!

Back in the Game

No matter how many excuses I can think of… summer is still coming. Which is great. But is also means …dun, dun, dun…. bathing suit weather!! Our little break was nice. And the cupcakes were heavenly, but now is the time to really get back into shape. I dreaded working out this morning for some reason… but I did it. And although I am improving, I can still only run 5 laps. We can do this!! And I fully plan on winning this month, my carepackage was awesome (thanks again!!). Well, I'm off to eat a pickle…
ps. do those spring rolls count as fried food? Because I ate the rest of them yesterday.

You won for April

I went negative. Darn Easter/blessing treats laying around my house. You won. Ill work on your care package and bring it to you. So sad that we both did around 10 points when there was 28 possible not including bonus points. May will be better. Swim suit season is approaching.

Week 4, end of April

I've been dreading posting. Might as well get it over with.

1 point. That is all. I only worked out 4 times, ate too many treats, ate some chips, ate a hamburger bun…the list goes on.
But at least I didn't do sugary drinks! And what I did this week is still better then no diet plan so at least there's that.

Next week, Phoenix and surgery don't count. But still try to stay under control. My goal is to be PERFECT until our trip. I already had my treat for this week (delicious soft and warm gooey caramel popcorn). I can do it. Good luck with your surgery, eat lots of pudding!
