*1 serving of a treat a week (2wp)
*If you stay in your goal calories and work out for the day, you may earn yourself one serving of a treat that doesn't count against you.
*5 fruits and/or veggies a day (1wp)
*No white bread (1 wp)
*No deep fried food (1 wp)
*Holidays don't really count
Bonus Points:
No white flour for the week (1wp)
Exercise more than 5times (1wp)

Terrible

I forgot about the fried food and ate a chicken strip. Dang it Dang it. -1 point for me.

  1. So was it fried or baked? There are lots of baked chicken strips out there, especially if it was homemade.

  2. But then today I accidentely ate a chip. I stopped and finished my meal with rice instead. That is such a hard rule for me because I've never tried before. I don't want to eat those things…I just forget. So basically I ate my point.
